My apologies and hopes.

I realize I have been absent for some time, and for this I do apologize. I must confess a bit of frustration concerning the extent to which my duties and responsibilities occupy my time. This can not be helped. As leader of the Autobots, I must attend to my responsibilities to them. I can not remain an effective leader if I shirk those duties as their leader. The Autobots are not merely soldiers under my command, they are also friends, brothers to me. I will not allow myself to stand apart from them, though sometimes I feel myself isolated from them because of my heritage and title as Prime. This oft forced isolation does distress me, but I know they understand that I do care for them.

I may be their leader, but I will not ask them to do that which I am unwilling to do myself. I will, however, choose the one among my team with the best skills and abilities for the task at hand, whether it is myself or another. To that end, we work together as a cohesive unit, each of us stepping in when we are needed, guarding each other so that when the day comes to a close, we all return home intact and alive.

It is my hope that our human friends continue to learn from us the things we seek to teach them, that they grow to understand as a species that they all have a place and by working together, they all will survive the infancy of their race. Maturity and understanding takes time, and for such a young species as humans, you all have so much to learn, much we can teach you all. By using the Allspark to lead us here to your delicate and beautiful planet, Primus has charged us with your welfare and guidance. Please heed our teachings that you may learn to become the best your race has to offer, and one day, walk with us among the stars as brothers.
